The Vibrance Protocol is about healing the mind and tuning-in to what the body needs. Body wisdom is essential for vibrance. Body wisdom starts with mindfulness and grows from there.

Superfoods

Superfoods are super-charged, mega fabulous, power packed nutrients that dominate the health food world. My vibrance protocol has a foundation of superfoods that expand into all areas of health: meals, snacks, cocktails, face masks, bath soaks, and sugar scrubs.

 

Beverages

I’m a firm believer in savoring a cup of coffee in the morning sunshine, sipping champagne with views of the city lights, intentional ceremonies centered on chocolat, and matcha lattes to kick those afternoon cravings. WAter is our life force - intentional sipping is a force for depth and grounding.

Meditations

Mindset and grounding is essential for vibrance and one of the pillars of the Vibrance protocol. Meditation takes many forms and leaves plenty of room for adaptation so a Goddess can find her footing in the meditation space.

 

Unique Diary Guides

Journaling is a key part of the goddess routine. My thoughts on journaling are unique: journal when it feels amazing, about what you desire to journal about, and Throw out the daily prompts and gratitude journals. This is about what you feel called to do, not what someone tells you to do.
