Asparagus Procuitto Puffs

I love snacking throughout the day and these puffs are the perfect mini snack in-between meals. Light & fluffy. Healthy & delicious. Simple & easy to make; a combination of salty, flaky goodness.

Asparagus Prosciutto Puffs Recipe

1/2 bunch of asparagus
1 T olive oil
Salt & Pepper
1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed
Gruyere
Prosciutto
1 egg, beaten

Oven: 425 degrees
Cook time: 12 – 15 minutes

Cut the puff pastry into equal pieces. Place a piece of prosciutto on each puff. Add asparagus. Then grate a decent amount of gruyere. Fold the corners of the pastry dough together, brush pastry with egg, and sprinkle with more salt & pepper if desired. Bake until golden and puffy.
