THE LUXURY OF NOT THINKING ABOUT DINNER

Not leftovers. Not meal kits. Beautiful meals made just for you.

Your week just got easier.
Let someone take care of the kitchen.

Meal prep has somehow become synonymous with eating the same sad chicken, rice, and vegetables out of identical containers all week. My background in integrative nutrition says: your everyday food deserves considerably more imagination than that. I bring the care, creativity, and ingredient-driven cooking of a private chef into the meals you reach for on an ordinary Tuesday. Layered flavors, beautiful seasonal ingredients, dishes you’re genuinely excited to eat, and a menu created around your tastes. Because the food you eat every day should be one of the pleasures of your life, not just another thing to power through.

Your week is prepped. Your dinner is still freshly cooked.

There is a very big difference between having food in the fridge and having dinner handled.

Most meal prep asks you to spend the week reheating food that was fully cooked days ago. But what if you could have all the convenience of meal prep and still eat dinner fresh from the oven?

Imagine you’ve just gotten home from the gym. You open the fridge, choose whatever sounds good, slide it into the oven, and 30 minutes later your house smells like someone has been in there for hours cooking for you. The vegetables are caramelized, the chicken is just cooked, the sauce is bubbling, and dinner actually feels like dinner.

You tell me what
care looks like for you

01
Tell me about your table

I want to know about you. The foods that feel like home, the things you always reach for, who gathers around your table, and how you imagine these first weeks with your baby.

HOW IT WORKS

02
I design your menu

I take everything you’ve shared and turn it into a menu made for this season of your life, balancing what your body needs with food you’ll genuinely look forward to eating.

03
I take over the kitchen

Then, it’s time for magic. Groceries are unpacked, something is in the oven, every surface seems to have something delicious happening on it as the meals come together.

04
You open the fridge

This is the beautiful part. Breakfast for early mornings. Lunch you can reach for without having to think about it. Snacks for the moments when sitting down to a meal simply isn’t an option. Dinner prepared and ready to bake fresh when you want it.

Let’s
make sure someone is taking care of you.
