WELCOME TO

MY TABLE

HAVE A SEAT

It started at the farmers’ market. It ends at a table everyone will remember.

Who is Emma Gabrielle?

The farmers’ market on a Sunday morning. A linen tote filling slowly — a peach so ripe it bruises at the touch, an herb bunch still damp from the morning dew, a bundle of citrus so vibrant it perfumes the kitchen with a spritz. This is where every menu begins. With what is beautiful right now, what the body is asking for, what the occasion actually calls for.

Emma has been thinking about food this way since she was a teenager — curled up with a notebook in front of the Food Network, writing down flavor pairings the way other girls wrote poetry. Because for her, it was poetry. A language she understood instinctively, long before she had the words to explain why.

She went on to earn a nutritionist’s certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition - to understand food beyond flavor. The way it moves through the body. The way it heals. The way a plate built with intention lands differently from one that was simply prepared. The ancient magic of food as medicine.

Then, she pursued her culinary degree, spending years as a private chef and caterer, curating menus for evenings where the food was part of the story. But the kitchen has always held a deeper, private magic — where anxiety surrenders to kneading dough, where sadness gets folded into warmth and transformed. Her most sacred space.

Within that sacred space, she experiments with a magical touch on classic dishes — honoring the story they carry while finding where they want to go next. Lighter. Brighter. Infused with a California ease that makes a hearty tradition feel both deeply familiar and refreshingly new. Herb-forward sauces bright with lemon. Chilled soups pale and silky, finished with a single edible flower. Stone fruit roasted until the edges caramelize and the rich sweetness deepens.

Setting the table as a ritual. Candlelight sparkling off crystal glasses. Linen napkins holding the theme. The kind of dinner where nobody looks at their phone. Where the glasses keep getting refilled and the candles burn low and the conversation echoes late into the night.

Nourishment and indulgence were never meant to live separately. Every table built by her hands holds both in a delicate balance of honoring the body and the soul.
