The Menu:

Ancient grains, roasted seasonal vegetables, herbs, lemon tahini dressing. Served family style.

Harissa roasted chicken with whipped feta and warm flatbread. Alongside: baked orzo, garden vegetables, and fresh herbs. A simple green salad to finish.

Wild rice and lentils, roasted seasonal vegetables, herbs, and miso-ginger dressing.

No — dining is a separate add-on. Reserve your spot here and your meals are taken care of all weekend (aside from breakfast). Booking this dining plan does not include access to the workshop, which must be booked separately.

My goal is always to make catered experiences available to all. Lunches are fully plant-based. Saturday dinner offers both a protein option and a vegan main — everyone eats well and leaves with full bellies.

Saturday and Sunday lunches, Saturday dinner, complimentary coffee, and iced tea all day. Kombucha and canned drinks are available for purchase on-site. This does NOT include access to the workshop; to attend the workshop, please book your ticket separately.
