A SEASON
TO BE CARED FOR
Everyone is thinking about the baby.
I’m thinking about who is feeding you.
You just made a human.
Let someone take care of the kitchen.
Your body has done something extraordinary, and now it is healing, rebuilding, and replenishing what pregnancy and birth asked of it. I cook with this season in mind. Creating beautiful, restorative meals that are protein-rich, mineral-rich, deeply nourishing, and designed to support recovery, steady energy, and the changing needs of your body. Like a magical kitchen fairy, I handle everything from menu planning and grocery shopping to preparation. Your fridge and freezer are filled with thoughtfully prepared meals, ready to bake fresh whenever you need them, so nourishing yourself is already taken care of without you having to spend your precious energy to make it happen.
Postpartum nourishment isn’t one-size-fits-all
Emma’s background in Integrative Nutrition and Bio-Individuality informs every menu. Your preferences, appetite, sensitivities, culture and household shape what nourishment looks like for you. She brings together what your body needs, what you genuinely enjoy eating and what works for your life to create food that supports your body through recovery while honoring the way you actually want to eat.
Nutrition-Informed · Never Prescriptive

A PAGE FROM YOUR FUTURE MENU
Inspiration, not a fixed menu. Your menu will be created for you.
Menus are built with postpartum recovery in mind, with an emphasis on protein, iron, B12, minerals, healthy fats, and steady-energy carbohydrates to support healing, replenishment, and sustained energy.

You tell me what
care looks like for you
01
Tell me about your table
I want to know about you. The foods that feel like home, the things you always reach for, who gathers around your table, and how you imagine these first weeks with your baby.
HOW IT WORKS
02
I design your menu
I take everything you’ve shared and turn it into a menu made for this season of your life, balancing what your body needs with food you’ll genuinely look forward to eating.
03
I take over the kitchen
Then, it’s time for magic. Groceries are unpacked, something is in the oven, every surface seems to have something delicious happening on it as the meals come together.
04
You open the fridge
This is the beautiful part. Breakfast for early mornings. Lunch you can reach for without having to think about it. Snacks for the moments when sitting down to a meal simply isn’t an option. Dinner prepared and ready to bake fresh when you want it.
Let’s
make sure someone is taking care of you.
Tell Emma a little about your table.
