For the final time, the open-air kitchen at Wild Seeds Ranch will be dressed for dinner.

Fresh herbs will perfume the evening air. Music will carry across the ranch as the sky softens into gold and guests gather around the kitchen island with chilled glasses in hand.

Late Summer on the Riviera is a celebration of everything this space has held: flour-dusted counters, meals made from scratch, new friendships, shared laughter, and the unmistakable pleasure of cooking outdoors on a summer evening.

The evening takes its inspiration from the coastal towns strung along the French and Italian Riviera, where food is bright with citrus, fragrant with herbs, generous with olive oil, and always made to be passed around. We’ll create a coastal Mediterranean feast filled with bright, salty flavors, warm bread, seasonal produce, and a dessert worthy of lingering over.

As the last dishes come together, we’ll pour another round of spritzes. The focaccia will be torn apart while it’s still warm. Platters will be passed from hand to hand. The kitchen will glow beneath the evening sky, filled one final time with conversation, laughter, and the scent of the Riviera.

This is a fully hands-on cooking experience, and no advanced cooking skills are needed. Come with someone you love or come on your own. Either way, you’ll cook, gather, and share in the final feast to emerge from this beautiful ranch kitchen.
